Combine several photos into one PDF on Android

With Zilqaro you turn several photos into a single PDF, for example the pages of a contract, a form or a worksheet. This works in the free version: take photos or pick them from your gallery, set the order, save as PDF.

Step by step

1. Choose the source. Open Zilqaro and decide whether to take new photos (scanner or camera) or use existing pictures from your gallery.

2. Select or take the photos. Capture all pages one after another, or choose the pictures from your gallery that belong in the PDF.

3. Set the order. Put the pages in the right order before saving. Page 1 should be the cover page, for example.

4. Save as PDF. Save the result as one PDF and file it in one of your folders.

5. Check and share. Open the PDF once and page through it. Then share it with Android's share function, for example by email or messenger.

Tips for readable PDFs

• Light and background: take photos in daylight on a plain, dark surface. Avoid shadows from your hand and phone.

• Straight from above: hold the phone parallel to the page so lines stay straight.

• One page per photo: photograph each page separately and completely, including backs with text.

• Sort out first: leave blurry or duplicate photos out when selecting. It saves rework.

Free or Pro?

Both versions are ad-free. Combining photos from your camera or gallery into one PDF and setting the page order while creating it is free. Also free: opening and sharing PDFs, and filing them in up to 3 folders with up to 10 PDFs each. Records (the number of records is not limited), PDF notes, voice notes, and deadlines and reminders are free as well. Each PDF note and voice note counts like a PDF towards the limit of 10 per folder. For this task you only need Zilqaro Pro to edit a PDF you have already saved, meaning adding, removing or reordering pages, to merge several PDFs, or if you need more than 3 folders or more than 10 PDFs per folder.

You can try all features for 30 days without a credit card; the trial does not turn into a subscription automatically. Afterwards the free version keeps working. Zilqaro Pro is an annual subscription that renews automatically, €9.99 per year in Germany. You can cancel it in Google Play at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period; Pro stays available until then. Zilqaro is currently available on Google Play in Germany only. Google Play shows the binding price before you subscribe.

FAQ

Are my photos uploaded?
Not by Zilqaro. The photos are turned into a PDF on your device. Zilqaro runs no cloud of its own. The PDF only goes to someone else when you share it yourself.

Do I need an internet connection?
Zilqaro has no permission to make internet connections of its own. Only the Google Play services document scanner may download a required component on first use, after you consent. Buying and verifying Zilqaro Pro happens through Google Play. When you share a PDF with another app or store a backup with a cloud provider, the app or provider you chose transfers the data.

Can I add a page later?
Adding, removing or reordering pages in a saved PDF is a Zilqaro Pro feature. When editing, Zilqaro takes the pages over as images and changes the saved PDF itself; text, forms, links, digital signatures and other PDF properties are lost. Make a copy first if you need the original. Alternatively, create the PDF again with all photos in the free version.
